About the event

Rhythm & Flow is a celebratory event for everybody and every body.  Join us for an afternoon of gentle movement rooted in yoga and qigong,  leading into evocative experiences in body-themed poetry, and concluding  with a ceremonial release of our inner critics. Come to stretch, talk  openly and safely about body image, explore poetry and movement as  healing practices, and strengthen your sense of attunement with the  harmony that exists between the body and the physical world.

Facilitated live via Zoom by:

Paige Lalain, a creative writer  and literary arts practitioner, and Solstice Collective Member Taylor Kamen Beardsall, an art  therapist and registered yoga instructor.
