Open Studio Art Therapy

Open Studio art therapy provides the freedom of an art studio and the  support of an Art Therapist. Bring a work in progress or use our  supplies to create something new. If participating online,  gather your  art supplies, and join us! Start something new or continue a work in  progress. Facilitated by Solstice Art Therapists, we will provide light  prompting and support for the session.  Our art studio is a safe,  nonjudgmental space for expression, growth, and reflection through  artmaking. Experimentation and collaboration are encouraged. No art experience is necessary, just an open heart and mind. Just as in our individual and group art therapy sessions, our focus is on the process  and experience of art making, rather than the finished product. 4th  Monday of the Month | 7:00-8:00 PM | Pay-what-you-can | Must pre-register
