Individual and group
Individual counseling provides support and guidance without judgment. Individual counseling can address mental health issues, life transitions, personal growth, and more. The client and therapist work together to analyze problems and develop solutions, define and achieve personal goals, and understand and adapt to life changes.
Counseling groups address a specific issue such as self-esteem, anxiety, or recovery. Groups connect people with similar experiences and remind us that we are not alone. Group members give and receive support and feedback in a confidential, judgement-free setting. We can share ideas, collaborate on solutions, and gain new perspectives through participation in a group.
